He was hacking as i was running at start and he flew by and made like 17 kills before i got to the tunnel..He also was blaring some kind of music so no one could talk.

Which server? Keep running status checks in the server and if he shows up you need to get an admin in there. Remember, we have a time limit of 15 minutes after they leave to still impose a ban.
