the fact that pisses has been around awhile may not mean anything, but he hasnt been any trouble to anyone while ive played with him. we've all been tk'ed plenty, and we've all tk'ed plenty, but that doesnt mean a ban is in order to any who tk's you. (except for people that continue to do it on purpose)

in the case of inso, that is completely different. i dont beleive that pisses has any problems like inso had, and shouldnt been punished for a simple tk.

this is the purpose of this thread to contest and question any bans
try to figure out the reason why the person contesting it and why he got banned
i always ask the admin who implemented the ban to come and try to settle any differences tht they might have with tht player

if pisses cant explain his actions towards you or settle his differences then his ban wont be lifted.

Thanks for responding November. I don't doubt you were being TKed, but are you sure it was me? Maybe I was on a drunken spree that night, but I usually make it a point not shoot if someone is in front of me (subce I lag spike at times). Of course, crap happens and I've shot/killed teammates before, so I may very well have done the same to you. For that, I apologize, but it wasn't intentional nor an 'unintentional habit'.
