Help! A laggy computer

Hi all!
it's Dingleberryz back from hiatus! Hope yall are doing well. I need help because I got a new laptop (old one crashed) and it's not as fast. My ping averages from about 60-80 but when I'm playing it lags so much it's hard to get kills in. I also die easier too. If anyone could help that would be great!! Thank you.

Most likely it's the video card that's slowing you down. Try reducing your resolution and configure your video settings for faster speed rather than better quality.

Thanks Stewie and Trigger! I'll try that out and see what happens. I just want to dominate lol lag stinks.
