Console dump

After playing and hitting status a bunch of times you can type condump in console and save it as a whole text file before you leave, in case something happens after you leave and you catch their ID before, I think it ends up in the C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam area, you still have to type status every time someone joins but maybe this is helpful. Thought I would throw it out there.

Unfortunately only admins can get info from typing @showips.
And even if you ban by IP if the person knows how they can easily reset IP unless they have a static IP. which most people dont they have dynamic IP's.
You have better luck if you do both in case the perp. has multiple accounts.

well i feel using all 3 is a good way to get info we may miss initially due to what's happening at the time.
