help needed for a moron

In the 'Banned' area I've tried to post 2 new threads and neither have posted. Every time I click 'Submit..' it just brings me to the top of the page each time. Wondering wtf.

I went through something similar where i could only do quick reply and couldn't submit new thread for whatever reason...sorry i forgot how i fixed it on my own :p

if tht dont work
try upgrading to windows 98
tht worked for me

Try clearing your cookies on all the browsers you use and IE in the control panel. I checked all the settings and your account and everything is in line.

Figured out what the problem was, next to where you enter the subject I never selected 'Ban Request' and I have Windows 98 on disc if someone would like to upgrade from Vista. :D
