Is it normal to have to log in to go to every page in forum and how do you add people to friends? I tried and it keeps saying that I'm not authorized.

I tested it with each user group and it works fine. Are you requesting it through the User CP? Under the Networking column on the left side click on Contacts & Friends. There you can use the search feature or type the name directly in the Add a Member to Your List... bar and click Add friend and a request will be sent.

Make sure you clear your browser cookies before you try it again.

If you still have issues post the exact steps you took leading up to the not authorized message.

That's the message I keep getting. This is what i did.

Logged into forum
Went to notifications
Had to log in again
Then the screen showed up
I typed in test and clicked on add friend
That message is what appears

I also used the "your notifications" options below my login name.
