I highly doubt you were banned for "accidentally" nading your team at spawn one time. It is more likely you either team attacked or naded your team multiple times and was warned for it. Please explain why you believe you should be unbanned. Otherwise the ban stays.

multiple tkes? i only threw one nade... here is the story. I was abotu to throw a nade and the match ended so i went back to spawn right as i clicked to nade and it hit CT spawn.... it killed NOBODY, i even said sorry to explaine myself but still i got banned, please understand.

I may have been the admin that banned you, but the date of your ban was not included and I spend a lot of time on this server so it is a possibility.

My position is well stated in Stewie's first post (#7). I also do not usually ban without warning as I try and be fair about it as possible. I believe there is more to your story, but I do not remember this exact incident, and do not want to hear any more from you.

Stewie, Trigger and a few other admins have most likely read the posts in this thread and I want to talk with our other admins about this as I run across most of them every day or two.

We do feel giving a player, who has posted a ban appeal with an explanation, may deserve a second chance, but I have an obligation NOT to step on the toes of a fellow admin regarding this matter and that is more important to me than unbanning you. I have too much respect for my fellow admins to over-ride their ban of any player.

Let me talk with Creeper, Fearless, The General, among others, in an attempt to clear up this situation caused by your actions. I just have a feeling I was the one that banned you and will do my best to resolve this matter, one way or the other.

Please do no respond to this post, any progress in the discussion will be posted for you to see.

I have spoken with other admins and I will unban you with the understanding that another incident will not be tolerated and any admin which sees any activities which violates server rules can and will impose a permanent ban, no appeal.

After talking with other forum members and players on our servers, they have complained about your play on occaison, so I suggest you tread very lightly on our servers.

Please show me and the other COD members and players that I have done the right thing in giving you a second chance.
